morgan77 Posted March 4, 2015 Share Posted March 4, 2015 Dziwna sytuacja (delikatne określenie) Dostałam rozpaczliwą wiadomość na FB z prośbą o pomoc - kobieta zajmująca się transportem psów wzięła z Polski szczeniaka, kasę za transport dokumenty i zniknęła. Szczeniaka wzięła z hodowli w piątek 27.02.2015. Miała go dostarczyć na Węgry. Nie odbiera telefonów, nie odpowiada na smsy, na maile. Zaczęłam drążyć temat i okazuje się, że: - ta pani jest tu na forum zarejestrowana jako rzyraf - hoduje między innymi fila brasileiro - prowadzi hotel dla zwierząt - prowadzi firmę przewozową - i co najważniejsze to nie pierwszy taki przypadek kiedy znika, Numery telefonów można znaleźć na jej stronach ale dwa z trzech podanych nie odpowiadają a trzeci odebrała kobieta i gdy spytałam o to czy ona to ona stwierdziła że to pomyłka i się rozłączyła (później już nie mogłam się dodzwonić). Wklejam informacje z FB:Does anybody know Małgorzata Adamska? She took money to transport a puppy from Poland to me to Hungary and she has picked up the puppy but she is not delivering it!!!! She is not responding to my mails, she is not picking up the phone to the breeder. What can we do??????? I am thinking about sueing...a tu drugi przypadek:Dear friends, thanks to everyone who helped us go trough this nightmare, which is finally over after whole 2 weeks . Many thanks to our friends in the UK. We are sorry that you had to go trough this nightmare with us, from Croatia. Our puppies finally made it to their new families in the UK . This is how our story starts. To transport two puppies (Tornjak and White Swiss Shepherd Dog ) from Croatia to the UK we hired a carrier from Poland "Mrs.Malgorzata Adamska" PSIE DROGI ( https://www.facebook.com/psiedrogi , http://psiedrogi.pl/, http://urlopdlapsa.pl/kontakt.html, http://piesdlarodzin....-inny-piesek-3 ) Mrs. Malgorzata Adamska came to pick up the puppies in Zagreb, over 2 weeks ago and after that, the nightmare begins.After we had paid for the transport and gave her the puppies, the deal we made was that the puppies will be in the UK in 2, 2 and a half days. After she and her husband took the puppies we constantly contacted them to ask when will the puppies arrive in the UK, but Mrs. Malgorzata Adamska didn't respond to us. After trying to get in touch with them any way we knew how, we got information that they are in Belgium, but they have to go back to Poland because there was a death in the family. We were fine with that. She promised that on Monday they will start their trip to the UK. After that she did not answer our calls or messages at all! We had no idea where our puppies are!We received new information saying they will leave Poland on Wednesday and that the puppies will be in the UK on Friday, with their new families. After that, again we are without any knowledge where our puppies are and if they are alright, have they been stolen or what has happened!?!?After we alarmed everyone, called all our friends from different countries and contacted family of the lady in question Mrs. Malgorzata Adamska, we got a message on Friday, 20.02.2015. saying they will be in London in 2 hours, but that was a lie, they came around 4 in the morning with a puppy that was hungry, thirsty and had a bad diarrhea.So, at 4 am, on a Sunday, they went to Newcastle, promising us they will arrive that day in the afternoon. We waited, but that was a lie, as well!!!Later that night, feeling frustrated, sad and disappointed because of everything that is going on, again we start calling , sending messages but there was no reply. Finally, at 11 p.m. we get a response saying they have 136 kilometers till Newcastle but they have to make a stop every 30 kilometers.We have been waiting all night and then finally the puppy arrives to his new family on the 23.02.2015. at 4:20 a.m. totally dehydrated, filthy and exhausted.Dear friends, we wanted to share our story with you, so that no one has to go trough what we did. We can only thank God our puppies are well and safe with their families and feeling much better now.Jeśli ktoś ma z nią kontakt proszę o pomoc !!! Zarówno hodowca jak i nabywca za granicą bardzo się denerwują !!! Nie wyobrażam sobie takiej sytuacji !! radiesteta Posted March 4, 2015 Share Posted March 4, 2015 Jak dla mnie sprawa jest prosta - jesli masz dowód, że powierzyłeś jej psa i zleciłeś usługę. Wysłac smsa, maila oraz wiadomośc na FB, że jesli sprawa nie zostanie wyjasniona w ciagu np 24h ze zwgledu na to, że jest to zywe zwierzę to idziesz na policję i zgłaszasz przywłaszczenie lub sprzeniewierzenie. 1 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Zobaczymy jutro czy faktycznie pies dotrze na miejsce i w jakim stanie. Właścicielka ma mi napisać informację ..Potem odetchniemy trochę i zrobimy tej pani odpowiednią reklamę................... morgan77 Posted March 8, 2015 Author Share Posted March 8, 2015 Mogło się stać cokolwiek ale to się daje znać komuś - hodowcy czy nabywcy, którzy 5 dni siedzą jak na szpilkach i włosy z głowy rwą czy wszystko OK! Pani dojechała w końcu - szczeniak jak to określiła właścicielka "skóra i kości" ..... Dla mnie skrajna nieodpowiedzialność i głupota, bo "firma" działająca w ten sposób nie będzie miała wielu klientów (no chyba, że ktoś nie będzie szukał w internecie opinii na temat przewoźnika).
