French Bulldogs

i had a french bull cross staffordshire, she was very loyal loveable didnt chew growl etc.... and knew me well as i knew her... the only thing i couldnt have her spayed due to some health reasons being crossed breed, i had to keep her in when in season, and i knew when she was due, she would snap at the boys.... she also hated the smell of booze she would go for anyone and even the pub door on our walks....... she got on with all my cats and the kids she was a fussy eater..... im not sure if it helps much as all dogs have different personalites but thats what my jade was like.......
2. i am a chocolate labrador..... no bones about it, one of the nutty out of the 3 coloured lab's...... which makes the choclates more fun for everyone, the class clown at puppy classes, but do take in the training!!!!!!!!!!!!!!, very loveable loyal and clever love to learn and play new games....... and i think communictaion with humans is great.... they understand :D .......... ha ha

i have a 8 month old chocolate lab , some peeps may remember me, well all buttons nails are fine on his paws except the thumb one, the vet has shown me how to do it and i am happy doing it my self the only thing is i have a roll about fight to get buttons still when doing his claws i do get it done in the end just to snip the sharp tip..... but i would prefer not the roll abouts...... any tips as i touch his paws hes grabbing at my hands to get his paws free, hes not in any pain other wise i wouldnt keep trying, everything else i can get him to do just the 2 nails....... argh help thanks
4. if you can start even doing yourself at an early age, dogs will get use to having their teeth done, even if you start trying now you may have a little play fight on your hands but your trying, also using dental treats are a good start........ you can go to the vets and have dental cleans but try your self first saves the money, but if you feel your not getting on then try a groomer or vet...... my buttons loves his teeth being done...... piices and links below....... even if i get my own tooth brush out he thinks its his, he has a once a week plain (no soap) shower as he loves the shower after i have one but i have to refuse, and his teeth daily afteyr ive done mine........ http://groups.msn.com/isapi/fetch.dll?action=MyPhotos_GetMBPhoto&ImageID=nFgAAAAoIJVOQl8ifsVXkT90I!fdTFQ*iGSPLbQn26yp3*R8fUvhhBQ http://groups.msn.com/isapi/fetch.dll?action=MyPhotos_GetMBPhoto&ImageID=nFgAAAAkID1Ow8euXimLGOU7iuln7g!bpYHLwblFS9*Q7XfK6WOcC8g

8. she could have scratched an itch with the back legs, or caught it getting out of her box. did she make a ylp sound at all, or did you hear a bang,.? if no, she could have done it herself. i have a cat who makes blad spots on him (he has eczma) i do not see how he manages to reach such areas but if its annoying him that much he obviously does... does any skin look like it has come away or does it look red sore and weepy? as long as you keep it clean it may heal. and /or vets would help you..
9. ive bought one of them clicker things, and i started using it for him sitting and giving his paw i would then click and give a bikki. and then wean off the bikki and just click.... i keep forgetting to use (though i havent felt the need to use it) he does everything i ask. when theyve done the task asked you click and reward a treat so they get to know once that they heard the click they know theyve been good,..... i suppose if you go in for real serious training it could be more worth while

12. yes many flea sprays have a tick affect in them aswell, but doesnt always stop them though when taking out a tick you shuold be careful coz as you pull on the tick it bites harder.... you have to get the plier right at the mouth of the tick before pulling.... also now keep an eye on his skin in this area.... my cat suffers eczma and once came home with millions of ticks after starying away..... i couldnt get them out he had to go vets.... now his eczma is really baaaaaaaaaaaaaad.... and have to treat him with skin cream and skin food.... also some ticks can carry diseases, so if you worry you can have check ups and tests... to make sure.... !!!!
13. mines microchipped i think this is quite GOOD one to have as it cant get lost and no one can claim him as it has your address details on it and a code..... tattooing isnt as good if they are younger as is will become a bit strecthed and wont be as good affect.... hes also got a collar tag.... and a microchipp tag......
