Just another mutt,.....or is it?

Have you ever thought your dog was the greatest dog in the world? I often think that of my dog, Clarence, my golden retriever/cairen terrier. I loved him the first time i saw him!

He has the way of making you laugh. He does have his bad moments, being sassy, but whenever my friends come over, he loves to show off, and and act silly. But for a small terrier, he sure does have a lot of spunk in him!! He always likes to pull on the leash, but I have a wonderful story to tell you!

One day, about ayear ago, Clarence and my mother were out in the back yard, playing and working in the garden. But, when my mother turned her back on the back fence for just a minute, a tresspasser came, ignoring the BEWARE OF DOG sign. Like I said, Clarence is a very spunky and yappy doggie. The trespasser thought he'd be able to get through, without being noticed. But, loyal Clarence was there and his keen ears caught sound of a trespasser, and he went balistic! So he grabbed onto the mans pant lag, and refused to let go. The man jumped over the fence. About two secends before he cleared the fence, Clarence let go. For Clarence, it was a matter of letting go or clearing the fence with the trespasser. Clarence chose to let go, luckily! That was when I had come out, and saw the condition of the man. His pant leg was torn, and blood splatterd the cloth. Thankfully, he never tried that again! The first time, he was scared. Only a fool would try to get past Clarence! I love Clarence with all of my heart. If dogs could read, I would like to tell him that I LOVE HIM WITH ALL OF MY HEART!!!!

I give out advice, because I love dogs!
